Oriental Style Dressing

A delicious dressing, also perfect as a marinade.

As a salad dressing, it's excellent with dark leaves, mange tout and beansprouts, to accompany duck, beef or smoked mackerel.

Marinade with salmon, chicken or pork - great on a rack of ribs! Use as a mild stir-fry sauce, or on roasted veg.

Sunflower Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Caster Sugar, Dark Soy Sauce (water, salt, colour (plain caramel), sugar, defatted soybeans (10%), wheat), Spices: ground ginger, Chinese 5 spice (1%), mustard, coarse ground black pepper), Red Pepper Sauce (vinegar, red pepper, salt).
